This box is a full quarter of lean, pasture raised Highland beef.

Includes:

10-12 steaks from Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, New York Strip and Filet Mignon
4-5 Sirloin Steaks
4-5 Roasts from the Rump Roast, Arm Roast and Chuck Roast trio (approx. 2 lbs. each)
5 packages of Osso Buco style Shanks (plus our favorite recipe on how to cook)
5 lbs. Fajita Meat, Beef Tips, and/or Cubed Steaks
40-45 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85% lean)

Your remaining balance will be due when your beef is delivered. Weights are approximately ??-??lbs, but do vary depending on the cow.
